Meet Dot
Dot Henke, the founder of Dot’s Pretzels, attended college at North Dakota State School of Science for one year to obtain an Accounting Certificate. Her journey with Dot’s Pretzels has expanded from her home kitchen to multiple bakeries throughout the United States. Since Dot’s Pretzels was founded in 2012, Dot is still excited to go to work every day because of the challenges she overcomes and heartfelt stories she hears from customers. When she’s not making delicious Dot’s Pretzels she likes to hike to see the “wows” at the height of the mountain.
About Dot’s Pretzels
Dot’s Pretzels all started with Dot Henke, Dot’s Pretzels’ founder, in her kitchen doing a fun project at Christmas. Dot’s Pretzels is a family-owned business and is also a member of the Pride of Dakota Brand. Even though Dot’s Pretzels started in Dot’s kitchen in Velva then in a small-town bakery in Velva, there are now three plants located in North Dakota, Arizona, and Kansas. Dot believes that her business helps provide jobs to the communities of Velva, North Dakota, Goodyear, Arizona, and Lenexa, Kansas and gives consumers quality products! While Dot is the mastermind behind Dot’s Pretzels she credits her “TEAM of employees that work each and every day to make the quality product provided today.” Dot explains that their mission right now is “to get the product to ALL of the USA and long term target: every single human on earth.”
