About Bully Brew Coffee
“I opened up our first Bully Brew Coffee in Fargo in 2016 and we were welcomed with open arms! After starting the company in Grand Forks in 2010, I knew growing the company included the journey to come to Fargo where my connections including the NDSU football and many friends and family.
In the 80’s, my brother played for NDSU and I was the little sister who had to go to all the games and learn how to throw a football just to be a part of the family! With that history, I have always had a love for NDSU and football – which is why our company is now the Official Coffee Roaster for NDSU.
Bully Brew Coffee is named after my bulldog Elvis. Elvis was a big cozy warm English Bulldog who shaked his bum everytime he saw me. He loved me no matter what and never judged what I did. My connection with Elvis (or any dog) and coffee is just that. Coffee gives us this warm cozy feeling and then when you add that to a friendly smiling barista who makes you feel special – it is the BEST! We hire people who have this bubbly and outgoing personality and then encourage them to bring out their best smiles to serve others.”
What are some wins you are celebrating?
“I know that my best asset is growing people. My leadership team is like no other. I have 14 amazing people (mostly women) on my team who lead these companies with pride and dedication. My teacher hat goes on often as I help them grow to their potential and beyond.”
What is the most important lesson you’ve learned throughout your entrepreneurial journey?
“Always continue to learn.
Take risks.
Enjoy the journey.
Know that you will be working many hours and be okay with that.
Love what you do.”
Bully Brew Coffee is officially a part of the Fargo-Moorhead founder family. How can our community support you in your next stage of growth?

Gabby has been with the team for over 5 years and has the biggest love for Bully Brew Coffee – I think she bleeds Bully Brew! Grateful for all of my team. We could not be where we are today without the current and even the past team members! I am grateful for the journey with them!”
