Fargo-based technology  development and design firm OnSharp recently announced the acquisition of its SmartPay product by CardConnect.  SmartPay is an enterprise billing tool for businesses such as hospitals, law firms, and other companies that rely on invoicing of customers as a part of their business process.

The acquisition will bring the SmartPay product to over 50,000 merchants in the CardConnect network.  OnSharp CEO Joe Sandin said  “with CardConnect’s large merchant base and national salesforce, we hope to extend SmartPay’s reach and continue to provide online billing solutions to some of the country’s most well-known brands.”
