About Infinite Leap
Infinite Leap, founded by Mark Rheault in 2011, is a premier healthcare consultant and systems integrator for real-time technologies, such as Real-Time Location Systems (RTLS). Mark expands, “We deliver end-to-end services, from solution design and business planning to deployment, training, 24/7 support, and managed services. We have helped healthcare systems successfully implement hundreds of projects and dozens of unique use cases, including Patient Flow, Contact Tracing, Asset Management, Environmental Monitoring, Staff Safety, Wayfinding, and more.” Infinite Leap helps healthcare organizations across the United States, including large healthcare systems, family practices, multispecialty clinics, surgical centers, even veterinary clinics. Mark explains, “We have just started to expand globally in the last year and have even added a few clients outside of the healthcare industry as part of a slight pivot due to Covid-19. We help our clients implement and use Internet of Things (IoT) technologies to help automate the types of use cases mentioned above. Infinite Leap was actually brought about because it was a follow-on to a previous company Mark co-founded back in 2006, Intelligent InSites. Mark expands, “Infinite Leap started as a services company playing in the same space, as that was a major gap in the market back then, and we wanted to help our clients make an “infinite leap” in their performance with respect to re-inventing the patient experience, dramatically improving their operations, enhancing patient and staff safety, and more. We saw how some of these IoT technologies were starting to make a big impact in other industries, but there was a significant lag in their adoption in the healthcare industry even though there was a huge opportunity for their use. So, we set out to make a meaningful difference in making healthcare better to the extent we could.”
