Emerging Prairie was inspired by a pretty neat idea from the startup community in St. Louis. In an effort to better manage the many startup events of Fargo, Emerging Prairie is now offering a new Startup Resources tab on the gray bar above. Specifically, we have created what amounts to a nearly-open source slide deck that outlines entrepreneurial happenings in this community.

Word of mouth and daily web posts are no longer the most efficient means to share all the entrepreneurial and startup vibes of the Fargo area. Consolidating all of the events, opportunities, organizations, and overall cool people in this area via a web document seems like the best way to connect new and current members of this growing community!

But here’s the best part: consider this resource forever incomplete. We will continuously update it with aspects of the startup community as they are discovered by the Emerging Prairie staff and recommended by you, the community members! The goal of this resource is to add value to the Fargo startup community by facilitating connections for new and current members.

Some important notes:

• This guide serves only as a cursory view of Fargo’s dynamic startup environment. It’s probably missing some awesome people and events.
