Tell us a little bit about you!
I was born in New Mexico and grew up in Brookings, South Dakota. I come from a large family and most of them reside in South Dakota and Minnesota. My hobbies include traveling, cooking, I came to Fargo to be with my wonderful partner and to be closer to family.
What college did you attend? What was your major?
I attended University of Minnesota, Morris and studied Political Science.
What’s one activity that energizes you?
I’m energized by being active in my community and watching new community leaders emerge
If you could take a 30 day, all expense paid vacation, where or how would you spend your time?
If I could take a 30 day, all expense paid vacation, I would go to the Tuscany, Italy or the glacial mountains in Montana.
Do you have a favorite book or movie?
One of my favorite books is Into the Wild by Jon Krakauer. The book has a strong message about self-discovery and reinvention. It’s a reminder to take a break from the chaos of life and check in with yourself from time to time.
What’s your favorite part about living in the FM area? What’s your favorite hidden gem that Fargo has to offer?
My favorite part about living in the FM area is seeing the city grow. The hidden gem that Fargo has to offer is the River Walk

I enjoy cooking. I’d say that a pretty decent home-chef.
