Emerging Prairie is pleased to announce two new leaders joining our board. Byron Snider and Bec Heinrich started terms on the board of directors recently and we are excited to have each of their unique perspectives and expertise on the team. Cheers to our new leaders!
Byron Snider:
Byron Snider is no stranger to the activities in our community as he’s served on the Emerging Digital Academy advisory board since its inception and has worked with Scheels for over 16 years. We are excited to welcome his skills in developing a great team of individuals to accomplish technological improvements at Scheels. “Every person brings value,” says Byron when discussing his excitement towards serving on Emerging Prairie’s board. Byron’s leadership and skills will be a welcome addition to our team, and we look forward to witnessing his continuing contributions to our community.
Bec Heinrich:
Bec Heinrich is no stranger to the entrepreneurial world; Bec has 20 years of experience as an entrepreneur and executive leader. She works to help teams improve their performance by shifting their mindset and gaining strategic alignment. Bec is the U.S. Deloitte Greenhouse Growth and Transformation Leader, where she focuses on identifying and scaling new market-making activities and driving innovation. Bec’s experience will be a tremendous asset to Emerging Prairie, and we know she will contribute to our strategic growth and transformative mindset through her service on the board.
